Promise of faster self-cert and adverse loans

Promise Solutions, the loan master broker, is now offering a new secured loan product catering for applicants who can not prove income in a conventional manner, may have significant adverse credit but need to raise the funds quickly.

This new loan comes through a new funding line of First European.

Promise Solutions says the line allows faster completions by using electronic valuations, bypassing the first mortgage reference and funding the loan within 24 hours of underwriting sign off.

Steve Walker, managing director of Promise Solutions, said: “This new product will be great news for those people who cannot borrow through conventional lenders and who also need the funds quickly.
