Virgin Money has completed of the change in brand from Northern Rock to Virgin Money in the intermediary channel.

It has also launched its ‘Best of Virgin’ feedback programme for intermediary partners. Intermediaries need to answer one question each month on how likely they would be to recommend the business and in return intermediaries will be entered into a draw where they could win a Virgin experience.

These include a week’s holiday on Necker, Sir Richard Branson’s private island; a four-day break at Ulusaba, his private game reserve; VIP passes to the V Festival and Upper Class Virgin Atlantic flights to New York.

Richard Tugwell, director of intermediary relationship managers at Virgin Money, said: “We are always seeking feedback so we can improve our business and intermediaries can help us enormously by providing this.

“By doing so they get the chance to be in the draw for some ‘once in a lifetime prizes’.”

Intermediaries should visit www.virginmoneyforintermediaries.com/win to find out more.
