PRIMIS Mortgage Network has announced the addition of When You Move to its conveyancing panel.

When You Move is a conveyancing management platform designed to help advisers connect with quality conveyancers, increase referral revenue and enhance communication with clients. Its aim is to better connect estate agents, brokers and conveyancers to improve client outcomes.

It has also recently launched its conveyancing app, which PRIMIS advisers will now have access to. The platform provides automated payments on referral fees, business forecasting tools and a real-time capacity indicator to aid workflow.

Toni Smith (pictured), COO at PRIMIS Mortgage Network, said: “Technology is continually evolving in the intermediary world and a platform that makes the conveyancing process faster, easier and more efficient for everyone is extremely advantageous.

“At PRIMIS, we are constantly looking for ways to support and invest in our brokers to help them develop their business whilst achieving the best possible customer outcomes. When You Move does just that, connecting the dots to provide exemplary customer service. Both the platform and app will benefit PRIMIS mortgage brokers greatly, safe in the knowledge that they can access trusted conveyancers, effortlessly manage progress and receive live updates to further enhance the service they already provide to their clients.”

Simon Bath, CEO at When You Move, added: “As the network of choice for lenders, provider partners and brokers, we are looking forward to working closely with PRIMIS. Our sole aim is to use technology to advance the conveyancing industry and we hope to enable a conveyancing service that reflects PRIMIS’ outstanding reputation.”
