Second charge mortgage provider Prestige Finance has agreed a new partnership with PMS Mortgage Club to provide a direct submission route for its brokers and complement its existing distribution network.

Brokers will now be able to access Prestige Finance’s range of second charge products on behalf of both their prime and near-prime applicants.

Stephanie Charman, specialist lending relationship manager at PMS, said: “Adding Prestige Finance to our specialist lending panel continues the expansion of our direct to lender second charge proposition for PMS members.

“Prestige’s bespoke underwriting approach and competitive product pricing provide excellent solutions for advisers and their customers looking for a second charge.”

Darrell Walker (pictured), head of sales for second charge & commercial lending, Prestige Finance, said: “We are delighted to announce our partnership with PMS as we actively seek opportunities with intermediaries who are committed to creating positive customer outcomes and long-term relationships and PMS ticks all the right boxes.

“At Prestige we focus on providing bespoke solutions to meet ever increasing complex needs and I’m confident that this holistic joint approach will be welcomed by PMS members.”
