Premier Property Lawyers moves to new hybrid hub in Manchester city centre

Premier Property Lawyers, part of the Simplify group, has relocated to a new hybrid office in Manchester’s central King Street.

The move follows more than a decade of operations in Manchester for the firm.

The new workspace, located in the heart of the city’s business district, is designed to support flexible working patterns and provide a modern, collaborative setting for colleagues — particularly a new intake of trainee conveyancers.

The premises offer high-speed connectivity, private meeting rooms, breakout zones and new facilities throughout. The firm says the office’s hybrid layout ensures that teams can work effectively both in-person and remotely, with the necessary technology and infrastructure in place to support this transition.

David Baxter, head of conveyancing at Premier Property Lawyers, said: “We are delighted to announce our relocation to a brand-new office space in Manchester.

“This move represents a significant milestone for Premier Property Lawyers and Simplify as a whole.

“Being in the centre of Manchester places us right where the action is, and we’re ready to continue delivering exceptional service from this new space.

“It’s an exciting step forward as we continue to grow and invest in the future of our people and unrivalled conveyancing offering.”

GO TO PALL MALL

The new base on King Street benefits from strong transport connections and close proximity to shops, restaurants and local amenities. The building is also linked to the recently redeveloped Pall Mall complex, which includes a café, gym and rooftop meeting area.

The relocation forms part of a wider strategy by Simplify to reinforce its presence in key regional markets, with Manchester seen as a focal point for housing growth. The company said the move also highlights its desire to support the surrounding economy, including local estate agency, retail and hospitality sectors.
