Precise Mortgage has improved its near-prime proposition.

Its Near Prime Home Owner mortgage products are designed for borrowers who are finding it difficult to get a mortgage from a high street lender.

It says LTVs have been improved across the pieces and product fees are more competitive.

Precise is also offering a product for lower loan sizes, and cashback and refund of valuation fee are available on many products.

There are also no ERCs on tracker products.

Alan Cleary , Precise Mortgages’ managing director, said: “We have recently launched a campaign to help borrowers who are finding it difficult to get a mortgage on the high street this is just one of the initiatives we will be launching in our Prime Time for Near Prime campaign over the coming months.””
