Precise expands bridging team to meet growing short-term finance demand

Published on

Specialist lender Precise, part of the OSB Group, has bolstered its dedicated bridging division with four new appointments aimed at supporting brokers seeking short-term finance solutions.

The expansion sees the arrival of Davey Gurm, John Bremner and Jodie Worswick as specialist finance account managers. Amrit Kumar joins as a business development manager, working in an office-based capacity.

The hires come amid a period of product innovation and change at the lender, including recent criteria improvements to automated valuation models (AVMs), rate reductions, and the launch of a new developer exit product.

The moves are part of a strategic effort by Precise to meet rising demand for bridging finance, particularly as the market continues to show signs of sustained growth into 2025.

Alan Kimber, Precise

Alan Kimber, head of bridging at Precise, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Davey, John, Jodie and Amit to the bridging team where their knowledge, skills and experience will ensure we continue to lead the way in short term financing.

“These four appointments highlight our focus not just on delivering the right financial solutions but underpinned with an award winning service. As we continue to see growth in bridging demand through 2024 and into Q1 2025, it’s fundamentally important that our brokers get the support they need, at the time they need it.”
