Positive Lending strikes gold with InterBay Commercial

Positive Lending has been awarded the accolade of Gold Key Partner status by commercial mortgage lender InterBay Commercial.

The Bournemouth based specialist packager’s managing director, Chris Fairfax (pictured), said: “InterBay are one of our most important commercial mortgage suppliers on our lender panel; we are delighted to achieve Gold Partner status.

“Whilst this is very good news for Positive, it’s also great news for the introducers we support as it means we can offer them exclusive commercial mortgage deals, first preview of new product launches, a dedicated InterBay loan manager for fast loan turnaround and enhanced commission payments.
