Positive Lending offers free upfront bridging valuations

Bournemouth-based packager Positive Lending is offering free upfront valuations on Precise and Aldermore bridging applications.

This is worth up to £725 to bridging customers.

To qualify consumers must submit signed terms or application form and satisfy underwriting requirements. The incentive is available to all standard and light refurb applications greater than £200,000 net and where the property value is less than £1,000,000. W

here multiple security exists, Positive will pay for one valuation only. Full terms and conditions are available from our underwriters on 0845 260 7511.

This incentive is offered with no changes to Precise or Aldermore pricing – rates start from 0.59% per month with a 2% facility fee. Introducers will be paid a minimum of 1.25% commission.

Chris Fairfax (pictured), managing director of Positive Lending, said: “We believe a packager should add genuine value for intermediaries and their customers. By using Positive you will be assured of expert knowledge, packager exclusive rates, no increase in standard facility fees and the same commission or more compared to applying directly.
