Positive Lending bolsters regional management team

Positive Lending has expanded its regional account manager team with the appointments of Phil Roberts and Tony Grillo.

The Bournemouth based specialist packager has also recruited three new members to its sales support team who will be based at the firm’s head office.

Jaxon Stevens, national sales manager at Positive Lending, said: “These are exciting times; Positive Lending are now able to support more introducers in more locations than ever before. We are growing the team in response to demand for our service and the increased need to offer on-site support for both new and existing introducers. The face-to-face service we provide helps build and maintain very strong relationships with our partners.

“With the appointments of Phil and Tony we have added an additional 45 years’ worth of financial experience to our ‘on the road team’. So whether in Truro, Canterbury, Norwich, Leeds, Llandudno or London; our newly expanded team can reach introducers to demonstrate the market leading products and service that Positive provides.”

Roberts said: “I’m delighted to join the Positive Team.  It’s our job to help introducers understand the benefits of secured loans, bridging, commercial and development finance by discussing scenarios and looking at live case studies.

“We help introducers see where and when specialist lending could help lead to a positive customer outcome and potentially increase income streams for their business.”

Grillo added: “Positive Lending has a fantastic reputation in the specialist finance market; they are known for being extremely professional as well as thoroughly nice people.  It was important to me to work for a company which places customer service central to all they do.

“My initial induction into the company has gone well and I look forward to introducing Positive to more intermediaries in my region.”
