Positive Lending has been appointed as ‘specialist distributor’ with Kensington Mortgages.

James Byrne (pictured), director of mortgages at Positive Lending, said: “Over the past 12 months we have significantly grown our Mortgage Desk and expanded our lender panel. Today we are excited to announce our new partnership with Kensington, as it allows us to provide even more mortgage choice for our intermediary contacts and their clients.

“At Positive, we are committed to helping customers who are typically underserved by the high street banks; in particular we pride ourselves on being able to place enquiries for customers with complex situations. With their 22 years’ experience of specialist lending, Kensington are perfectly placed to help us help more borrowers with their residential and buy-to-let mortgage needs.

“As a specialist distributor for Kensington, we have access to their core product range and exclusive products. Intermediaries interested in accessing these ranges should call our mortgage desk for details of the latest range.”

Steve Griffiths, director of sales & distribution at the Northview Group, added: “We are excited to announce our latest partnership with Positive Lending. Their specialist knowledge, quality and commitment towards helping those borrowers underserved by the high street, made this a natural pairing for us in line with our objective to deliver lending for real life.

“We value finding experienced partners through whom we can develop our products and we look forward to deepening our relationship with Positive Lending, to help more of Britain’s underserved borrowers in the years ahead.”
