Positive extends free bridging valuation offer

Published on

Positive Lending is extending its offer to provide a free upfront valuation on Precise and Aldermore bridging applications.

To qualify consumers must submit signed terms or application form and satisfy all underwriting requirements. The incentive is available to all applications greater than £200,000 net and where the property value is less than £1,000,000. Where multiple security exists

Positive will pay for one valuation only and full terms and conditions are available from its underwriters.

This incentive is offered with no changes to Precise or Aldermore pricing so rates will still start from 0.59% per month with a 2% facility fee. Introducers will be paid a minimum of 1.25% commission.

Chris Fairfax (pictured), managing director of the Bournemouth-based packager, said: “We believe a packager should add genuine value. By using Positive you will be assured of expert knowledge, packager exclusive rates, no increase in standard facility fees and the same commission or more compared to applying directly – we have taken this one stage further and offered a free valuation for qualifying consumers. We hope to make your decision to use us as easy as possible.”
