PMS and Sesame are joining up for Mortgage Extra Live.

The roadshow consists of 12 regional adviser events taking place throughout March and April.

The seminars will start in Watford on Tuesday 20 March and finish in Belfast on Thursday 19 April.

Mortgage Extra Live has been designed to help advisers gain an insight into the latest issues and the emerging opportunities in mortgages, protection and general insurance. Advisers will also have the opportunity to network and share ideas in roundtable forums.

The events are open to both appointed representatives and directly authorised advisers and are free of charge.

Presentations will include Lloyds Banking Group, giving a lender’s perspective on the changing face of the buy-to-let market, as well as outlining some of the opportunities that will exist in the future.

There will also be a session from LV= on the rule changes associated with the Competition Commission, which will include a look at long term income protection, a product that isn’t affected by the rule changes.

Bright Grey will be discussing the importance of writing policies in trust and explaining the referral opportunities this presents.

John Cupis, managing director of PMS, said: “Our CPD accredited roadshows are a great opportunity for advisers to develop their skills
