PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network have added Gatehouse Bank’s range of finance products to its respective panels.

Gatehouse specialises in providing buy-to-let and home purchase finance for UK residents/entities, UK expats and international residents looking to acquire or refinance property in England and Wales.

Jane Benjamin, director of mortgages at Sesame and PMS, said: “With increasing demand for Shariah-compliant products in the UK, we are very pleased to add Gatehouse Bank to our panels.

“Their attractive product range coupled with an experienced business development team and end-to-end online application system will make Gatehouse a real asset and valuable addition for our members and their clients.”

Roger Evans, director of home finance distribution at Gatehouse Bank, added: “As we continue to extend our reach into the Intermediary market we are delighted to be working with Sesame Bankhall Group, one of the UK’s leading mortgage distributor businesses, to offer our competitive buy-to-let and home finance products for UK residents, UK expats and international residents.

“Shariah-compliant finance is growing in the UK and we are seeing an increased demand from customers interested in our ethical approach, human underwriting and competitive products. We look forward to working closely with PMS and Sesame, offering brokers and their clients a high level of service, whether that’s for buy-to-let or our home finance products.”
