PMS and Sesame add Axis Bank UK to lender panels

Published on

PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network have expanded their respective specialist lending panels with the addition of buy-to-let lender Axis Bank UK.

Stephanie Charman, specialist lending relationship manager at Sesame and PMS, said: “We are very pleased to partner with Axis Bank UK and provide our members and their customers with access to their range of competitively priced products.

“As a specialist lender that only operates through mortgage intermediaries, they also offer the added attraction of a range of flexible lending criteria and product features that will appeal to experienced buy-to-let landlords.

Jason Neale, head of buy-to-let lending at Axis Bank UK, added: “The opportunity to work with such quality firms as PMS and Sesame is one we appreciate and really look forward to.

“I’m confident we can add value to all members who have professional landlord customers, as we’re quickly developing a reputation for being a lender who can discuss and consider common sense buy-to-let applications that more automated lenders can’t or won’t do.

“Our underwriters are empowered with the authority to make personal lending decisions, so are always on hand to talk through applications with PMS and Sesame advisers.”
