PMS and Bankhall partner with Acre

Published on

PMS Mortgage Club and Bankhall, part of Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG), have partnered with Acre to jointly develop bespoke end-to-end technology solutions for the Directly Authorised (DA) adviser market.

The new agreement builds on the existing two-year relationship and will see the firms invest and create exclusive solutions, with the aim of delivering better ways of working that help alleviate day-to-day admin pressures, enabling advisers to run more efficient and effective businesses.

Acre’s CRM platform offers a range of features including mortgage and protection sourcing, “instant” online ID verification and credit checking, fact-finding, document uploads, reporting and an introducer portal for leads and referrals, along with integrated 24/7 appointment booking.

As part of this new partnership, Acre has integrated its CRM platform with Bankhall. This means that advisers using Bankhall’s file review service will be able to access additional benefits including the streamlined integration of compliance checks, enabling advisers to source, write and review all in one place.

Richard Harrison (pictured), chief executive officer at Sesame Bankhall Group said: “Our aim is simple: to be the proactive partner of choice for life for the adviser community. As part of our commitment, we need to constantly evaluate and develop the very best adviser-led tools, technology and services for the DA market, which advisers can rely on to start, run, grow and exit their businesses efficiently.

“Through this new strategic partnership and strengthened proposition with Acre, we believe we can achieve our aim, by offering advisers an integrated and easy to use platform that gives them a one-stop-shop for all their mortgage and protection business and an enhanced experience, enabling them to better serve their customers.”

Justus Brown, CEO and Founder of Acre, added: “We have made huge strides since the start of our partnership, and PMS has been a key part of the journey. Our mission remains the same – we are committed to delivering a fresh approach to the mortgage journey and building tech that makes advisers’ work easier and client relationships stronger.

“Looking to the future, a closer strategic partnership with PMS and Bankhall means we can combine our tech with their unique services and market knowledge to build solutions that brokers want and need.”
