Pledge milestone for Coventry for Intermediaries

Published on

Coventry for Intermediaries is celebrating the tenth anniversary of its pledges to intermediaries, and will be announcing the first of 10 special pledge ‘celebrations’ on 31 March.

In the decade since it launched its pledges to brokers, Coventry for Intermediaries has advanced over £53bn in mortgage lending, produced 224 rotations and launched 5,847 mortgage products.

Kevin Purvey, director of intermediaries, said: “We’re very proud to be celebrating the tenth anniversary of our unique pledges to intermediaries. Our work with brokers revolves around numbers on a daily basis, and we think that the numbers above show just how committed we are to the intermediary sector.

“In 2007, we were the first lender to make promises to brokers. A lot has happened in those 10 years and while the market has seen many highs and lows in that time, we want brokers to remember that the 1 thing they can count on is us.

“In 10 days’ time, we’ll be launching the first of 10 special pledge ‘celebrations’. We want to mark the anniversary and say thank you to brokers for their continued support and business through the years. So it’s a simple message to brokers really – ‘thank you, and watch this space for an announcement coming soon.’”
