Platform offers seven-year fix

Platform has unveiled a new seven-year fixed deal as well as other two, four and 10-year products.

The Co-operative Bank’s intermediary mortgage lender’s new deals come with free valuation, while free standard legal fees are available for remortgages. They can be used for purchases and remortgages and have an administration fee of £140.

The seven-year fixes start at 4.69% (up to 65% LTV) and rise to 5.29% (up to 80% LTV). The arrangement fee is £1,495.
