Platform offers let-to-buy on entire BTL range

Platform has launched a new range of mortgage products including a let-to-buy solution.

Its whole range of buy-to-let mortgages is now available on a let-to-buy basis, allowing borrowers that do not want to sell their existing property to remortgage onto a buy-to-let product.

Two-year fixed rates on let-to-buy start from 3.79%, while two-year trackers begin at 2.99%.

Lee Gladwell, business development director at Platform, said: “Brokers have told us they want a wider range of let-to-buy products to offer to their clients.
