Neither have an early repayment charge. Free valuation and free standard legal fees are available on the products for remortgages and each has a non-refundable administration fee of £140.

The pair of deals are accessible via Connells Countrywide First Complete Intrinsic London & Country Legal & General Ocean Finance Openwork Paradigm Pink PTFS Sesame and TenetLime.
