Pink is relaunching its proposition to directly authorised (DA) mortgage and protection advisers.

It includes a free compliance package for its Club VIP members.

Pink has two tiers of membership for directly authorised advisers. Firstly, standard membership is designed for those members who put the occasional mortgage business Pink’s way. It pays procuration fees within 24 hours of a case completing.

Secondly, Club VIP membership is for advisers who are able to commit to certain volumes and agreed levels of support.

These advisers receive a range of additional benefits which include access to Pink’s mortgage desk which helps advisers to place their cases with the best lender for each case.

Club VIP also offers access to a number of online resources and will now include access to a free compliance service called Compliance Lite, a new service launching this month.

It will include a monthly bulletin on compliance information, giving the latest information on fraud prevention, updates on financial promotions, case studies and the latest industry news. Club VIP members will also gain access to an online library where they can access a back log of compliance and fraud prevention bulletins and other documentation.

A more comprehensive compliance service is also provided for advisers who want more one to one support and guidance, including office visits and help with documentation. These services can either be purchased on a one-off basis, as a package with a monthly subscription or tailor-made to the requirements of the adviser or firm.

David Copland, director of mortgage services, who runs Pink’s arm for directly authorised advisers, said: “This is the first in a number of steps that we will be taking to revamp Pink’s offering for DA advisers. Our aim is to provide a market leading offering, enhancing all the best things about the Pink Mortgage while providing invaluable new services.

“As a result our immensely popular payment within 24 hours stays for all advisers, as do the market leading rates. The new Compliance Lite service will be a hugely valuable free resource for DAs to help them negotiate their way through the minefield that is compliance and fraud prevention, and will help them to reach every lender’s quality standards.”
