First Complete and Pink have embarked upon a distribution arrangement with HSBC that will allow it to have access to the bank’s mortgage range.

The initial launch with HSBC will allow a select number of appointed representative firms from both networks to access HSBC intermediaries’ mortgage products. Advisers from the networks will get access to a dedicated helpdesk and HSBC’s underwriters and full range of intermediary products.

Karen Hedges, mortgage manager for First Complete & Pink, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer a strong financial services brand to members of our network. With the intermediary market changing, it is important for us to give our brokers access to mainstream lenders that will help them offer the most competitive products to their customers.

“HSBC’s experienced business development management team will offer our advisers extra support, allowing them to further develop and grow their business. This partnership with HSBC will help to give our advisers the tools they need to succeed and we are looking forward to working alongside them as they develop their intermediary offering.”

Tracie Pearce, head of mortgages at HSBC, added: “We are delighted to be partnering with one of the leading residential property services companies in the UK, we believe our brand and proposition will be a welcome addition to suit the needs of their customers.

“Our continued expansion ensures that more customers will have the opportunity to access HSBC’s products helping customers get a great deal on their mortgage.”
