Pink has added Investec Professional Mortgages to its directly authorised mortgage club panel.

This means its products are now available to both Club VIP and standard mortgage club members.

Alex Hammond from Investec Specialist Bank said: “We know there is demand from intermediaries for lenders that do not treat loans above £500,000 any differently to smaller mortgages. We also know that brokers want access to underwriters who are mandated to make decisions. So we are really pleased that even more intermediaries will have access to Investec Professional Mortgages and our specialist approach to large loans and mortgages through professionals. And we look forward to working with Pink to build on our proposition.”

Joanne Palmer, Pink’s head of marketing and customer services, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Investec Professional Mortgages, distributing their products via both the Pink Mortgage Club & Network sectors of our business.

“It is always good to welcome new entrants to the market and Investec’s ability to consider professional clients individual circumstances and income on a case by case basis is very encouraging.”
