Pepper revamps website

Published on

Pepper Homeloans has updated its website with the aim of making it quicker and easier for brokers to find the information they need.

As well as providing full details about mortgage products and lending criteria, the new website shows contact information about each of Pepper’s BDMs and insights to help brokers build their businesses.

Brokers can also access Pepper’s online application system via the website, in order to submit a DIP or full application and upload all supporting documentation online.

Jeff Knight, head of marketing at Pepper Homeloans, said: “Our research has shown that brokers get frustrated with lender websites, because they are too complicated and it can be difficult getting to key information such as rates and lending criteria.

“We have completely redesigned our website in order to make it easier for brokers to deal with us. The challenge has been to ensure that the really important information is quick and easy to find.”
