Pepper expands network distribution

Pepper Homeloans has extended its distribution network to include Ingard.

The Essex and Chester based mortgage network will market Pepper’s range of residential and buy-to-let mortgage products that have been designed for clients who experience difficulties obtaining a mortgage via a high street lender.

Rob Barnard, director of sales at Pepper Homeloans, said: “Ingard’s members can be assured of a fast and efficient service from our team of mortgage experts and each case will be individually assessed by a skilled underwriter.

“Pepper caters for a wide range of borrower needs, from those who simply don’t have a sufficiently mature credit history to pass credit score, to those with more significant historical credit issues.”

Nikki Haworth, sales & marketing director at Ingard, added: “We’ve been watching Pepper’s growth over the past year with great interest. Their product line-up fills an important gap in the market and I have no doubt they will be a welcome addition to our panel of lenders.”
