Pentagon Group appoints compliance manager

Gerry Mansfield has been appointed as compliance manager for the Pentagon Group.

The Group business consists of the EuroDebt Financial Services, Atlantic Financial Management and MoneySave Financial Solutions brands.

Mansfield has over 20 years experience in the financial solutions, legal, debt recovery and credit management sectors. His role will encompass Auditing of the Pentagon Group network of franchisees and introducers, training on new compliance and regulatory issues and general day to day compliance control within the Group.

Kevin Still, director at the Pentagon Group, said: “Gerry Mansfield has joined the Pentagon Group at a crucial stage in its expansion where we have set-up new subsidiaries and expanded the range of services we offer in a market that is subject to major regulatory change. As a leading franchisor with over eighty franchisees each holding a consumer credit licence it important that we find the right balance between our commercial and compliance activities
