Paradigm offers members added compliance systems via HBS

Paradigm Mortgage Services has increased the number of Home Buyer Systems’ offerings available to its members.

Home Buyer Systems’ mortgage sourcing system is already available to Paradigm members but now they also have access to a compliance and management information system, which they say will suit their needs in the post-Mortgage Market Review (MMR) world.

The Home Buyer system offes whole of market data for both intermediary and direct-only products. and a sales process for mortgages and insurance with integrated compliance plus other features including links to ancillary services, factfinds, sales aids, marketing aids, debit and credit card taking, lead generation aids, administration help for direct products and screen to screen selling and administration.

Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “The team at Home Buyer have worked hard to understand mortgage adviser’s needs and requirements in a changing economic and regulatory environment. The ‘beginning to end’ system now available not only takes an adviser through the complete process compliantly
