The annual Paradigm Mortgage Services charity golf day has raised over £500 for The Lymphoma Association.

The golf day, now in its fifth year, was held at The Belfry earlier this month by the mortgage services proposition. It was attended by 50 golfers and sponsored by Paradigm’s strategic providers and lenders.

Paradigm sold special ‘Mulligan balloons’ which could be purchased by players and were released on the course at the point where they needed a free shot. 120 balloons were sold and all proceeds from these went to the charity.

The Lymphoma Association is the UK’s only charity focused exclusively on providing specialist information and support to help lymphoma patients, their relatives, friends and carers.

Bob Hunt (pictured, centre), chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “Once again we received a wonderful amount of support from our sponsors and all golfers who attended our fifth annual golf day at The Belfry. It was a highly competitive day of golf and our ‘Mulligan’ balloons proved popular particularly for those who needed a free shot or three during their round.

“We raised over £500 for The Lymphoma Association – a charity that continues to have a very special place in the hearts of all those connected with Paradigm. We know, at first hand, the fantastic work they carry out especially the support they provide to all those coping with a lymphatic cancer diagnosis. It was particularly pleasing to have our colleague, John Coffield, at this year’s event looking a picture of health after a particularly trying year.

“He is an inspiration to us all and we are therefore delighted to continue our support for The Lymphoma Association.”
