Paradigm appoints preferred specialist lending partner

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added master broker, The Loan Partnership, to its panel as a new preferred specialist lending partner.

The Loan Partnership specialises in sourcing and arranging second-charge mortgages, plus commercial and bridging finance, and Paradigm members will now be able to work with, and introduce to, its advisers who will be able to source and provide recommendations across these product sectors.

Products available to Paradigm member firms and their clients via The Loan Partnership include second charge mortgages from £5k to £2.5m; high LTV products up to 95% LTV; access for employed and self-employed applicants; adverse credit plans; plus interest-only options.

The Loan Partnership will also priovider Paradigm clients with bridging loans with terms from one to 36 months; loans available from £10k to £10m; rates from 0.49% per month; plans with no repayments required during the term; and up to 75% LTV for certain cases, 70% LTV available with many lenders.
