Mortgage club and specialist packager Brilliant Solutions has appointed a senior business development manager and a broker support manager.

Ivan Vizor returns to the company having established and run the Cheltenham office for a number of years.  Vizor re-joins as senior business development manager having recently left a competitor and will operate nationally as the business continues to expand.

Michael Craig (pictured), sales director of Brilliant Solutions, said: “It is a pleasure to bring Ivan back into the business.  We know just how knowledgeable and committed Ivan is and what he can bring to us and the broker community in general.”

Vizor added: “Brilliant’s business model is perfect for brokers and their clients. The culture is so customer focussed it is a joy to be part of.  I am excited to be back with the Brilliant team and look forward to growing the business even further.”

Darren Pointer is also reunited with the company having worked with the business for many years.  Pointer will join as broker support manager on his departure from a competitor and will be relocating to work with the rest of the team in Swansea.

Matthew Arena, managing director of Brilliant Solutions, said: “It is a fantastic indicator of how well Brilliant Solutions is doing when somebody of Darren’s quality opts to return to work with us as well as relocate to be part of the team.

“Darren’s knowledge is second to none and his commitment to getting the best for brokers will help us maintain incredible service standards even as we continue to grow at pace.”

Pointer, added: “The opportunity to re-join Brilliant is one that excites me personally, thanks to the exciting broker proposition and the fantastic team. Fees free packaging and access to direct mortgages as well as niche areas is the best way to help brokers get the best outcomes for their clients and that is what Brilliant is all about.”
