Move with Us has made two senior appointments.

Anthony Radford has joined the residential property firm as product development director while Paul Nicholas joins as technology and programmes director.

Radford will be responsible for the development of legal and financial services propositions. He joins from GE Capital and has over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry having previously worked with companies such as Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Legal & General.

During his time with GE, Radford was responsible for setting up the intermediary mortgage channel and whilst at Halifax was managing director of a joint venture with the Shop Direct Group running an unsecured loan portfolio.

Nicholas joins from his consultancy business, Fermat Consulting, which helped SMEs make the most of their IT and address risks such as business continuity and information security. Prior to that, Nicholas was IT director at Bluefin Advisory and SBJ.

Radford said: “This is an exciting time for Move with Us as we expand our asset management division and drive the business into new areas. Move with Us is already an extremely innovative business and I look forward to using my experience to shape our extensive range of unique business propositions.””
