Openwork becomes M&S mortgage distributor

M&S Bank is expanding its mortgage network with the appointment of Openwork.

This follows its recent partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau.

The new appointments take M&S Bank’s intermediary partnerships to three, after launching with London & Country in January.

Paul Stokes, head of products for M&S Bank, said: “We are delighted to welcome Openwork and the Mortgage Advice Bureau as our latest partners. These new appointments show that in just a few months, we’ve successfully developed a brokerage channel to include some of the largest mortgage intermediaries.

“Along with developing our product offering for both our direct and intermediary channels, we will continue to add to our broker network throughout the remainder of the year and into next, enabling even more customers to take advantage of the M&S-standard service they have come to know and expect from the brand when they make the biggest and most important purchase they will ever make – their home.”
