OneFamily appoints underwriting operations manager

The OneFamily Group has appointed Colette Ward as its new operations manager within its underwriting team.

Ward (pictured) will drive the organisation’s growth strategy, with a particular focus on enhancing underwriting capabilities.

She has previously worked at organisations including Royal London, Aegon, and most recently, AIG.

Ward will work closely with Alison Warburton, who joined OneFamily as underwriting philosophy manager earlier this year. Both Ward and Warburton report directly to Jonathan Boucher, who leads the underwriting team.

Ward said: “With OneFamily’s focus on growth within the protection industry, it’s a great time to join and I’m looking forward to working alongside the rest of the team.”

Ryan Griffin, OneFamily director of protection, added: “It’s an exciting time for our protection business, as we continue to expand and bring more exceptional talent into the organisation.

“I’d like to welcome Colette and I look forward to working alongside her and the rest of our underwriting team as we continue to grow within the protection market.”
