OMS widens Sikoia tie-up with deeper document checks and case data tools

Published on

One Mortgage System (OMS) has expanded its partnership with Sikoia, adding wider document verification and data insight functions across its CRM and originations platforms.

The update builds on the earlier integration of Sikoia’s AI-led document processing and is aimed at giving brokers and lenders more detailed information within the case journey, while reducing the amount of manual administration needed to assess applications.

Under the latest phase of the partnership, OMS users can carry out checks on bank statements, payslips and tax returns directly within the platform.

The system is designed to test documents for completeness and integrity, while also supporting income and affordability verification.

OMS said the changes would be particularly useful on more complex cases, where a clearer view of income and supporting documentation can help firms assess applications without moving between multiple systems.

The revised integration also expands the amount of data returned through the platform and improves pre-population, with the aim of making information easier to use throughout the application process.

A refreshed user interface has also been introduced, giving users a more detailed insight summary and clearer feedback on document processing. That includes fuller explanations of why a document has passed or failed an integrity check.

Jodie Andrews (main picture), head of marketing, sales & partnerships at One Mortgage System, said: “This next phase in our partnership with Sikoia focuses on using data more effectively across the platform. It’s not just about document checks, but making sure the information supports the wider case journey.

“These changes reduce friction, improve visibility and give users greater confidence in the data they are handling, which is vital when dealing with complex borrowing and lending requirements.”

Alexis Rog

Alexis Rog, chief executive officer and founder of Sikoia, added: “This expansion reflects our commitment to embedding intelligent automation directly into the tools brokers and lenders already use every day.

“By enhancing pre-population, expanding data extraction and providing clearer integrity feedback, we are enabling faster assessments without compromising on rigour. Our goal is to make high-quality financial data instantly usable across the entire origination journey.”

The new functionality is now live for all OMS users.
