OMS platform integrates with Precise Mortgages

Published on

One Mortgage System (OMS) says it is the first platform to fully integrate with Precise Mortgages on first charges.

OMS, which is currently available through specialist packagers AToM and Complete FS, can now offer its users the ability to select Precise Mortgages and carry out a full decision in principle, without the need to rekey any data.

Neal Jannels, managing director of OMS, said: “Precise Mortgages is a really important addition for our 4,000 broker users. They are a major player within the specialist lending arena and this represents a significant step forward for our integration strategy with lenders. Our system allows for one input to manage, source, place and fully integrate with lenders.

“Saving time for the broker can only be a good thing and Precise Mortgages have recognised this benefit. They have been very keen to make their proposition more accessible and OMS provides them with the platform to do just that. This will allow our broker users more time to concentrate on the sales opportunities, rather than having to key data numerous times. OMS aims to be the all-encompassing broker and network total solution and this is a fantastic milestone in our journey to achieving this.”

Alan Cleary, managing director at Precise Mortgages, added: “Overwhelming feedback from introducers tells us that closer integration between lenders and advisers is at the top of their wish list. Thanks to the new links with OMS, we are on the way to providing the kind of close access that our introducers want. We are delighted to be working with OMS, AToM and Complete FS.”
