Omni Capital and Niche Financial complete £1m deal

Niche Financial Solutions has completed its first deal with Omni Capital, worth £1 million.

The second charge loan is secured on a prime residential property in Surrey.

Following the refusal of the existing second-charge mortgagee to extend their facility, Niche Financial and Omni Capital moved to negotiate a complex Deed of Priority with the senior lender.
