Norton Broker Services has revealed changes to its in-house lender Norton Financial Services.
The maximum loan amount has been increased to £30,000 and the maximum LTV raised to 75%.

The new charge rate is from 10.90% (annual rate) and the lender fee has been reduced to 2.50% (minimum fee £295).

Scott Thorpe, broker liaison officer at Norton Broker Services, said: “I am delighted with the changes made by our own lending company and in particular the new rate of 10.90% which is great news. I believe this once again reflects our common sense approach to lending.””
