NLA offers Clydesdale exclusive BTL deal

NLA Mortgages, the free online comparison and quotation system, has announced it has access, for a limited time only, to a buy-to-let mortgage with the Clydesdale Bank.

National Landlord Association members who use NLA Mortgages to access this product can get cashback.

The product is priced at 4.99% until 31 August 2012, and then the lender’s SVR (currently 4.59%( for the remainder of term. The maximum LTV is 70%.

It comes with a free valuation and standard legal fees for remortgages, while the lender fee is £1,499.
