NLA launches insurance for landlords

Research conducted by the National Landlords Association (NLA) indicates that almost three-quarters of landlords have experienced rental arrears, with 43% of these occurring in the last 12 months.
With this in mind, it has launched NLA Rent Guarantee Insurance to all residential property landlords,. It offers landlords a means to reduce the risk from loss of rent. Should problems arise during the tenancy, the cover also provides legal expenses and a dedicated 24-hour advisory service.
