Niche FS to hold seminar at Madjeski Stadium

Niche Financial Solutions is to host a free seminar with a pair of its lending partners, Omni Capital Partners and Shawbrook Bank.

The seminar will be hold at Reading’s Madjeski Stadium on 18 October. It will provide detailed information on the services that Niche can provide and will also showcase the financial opportunities available when working with Niche and its partners.

Special guest speakers will join Malcolm Scanlon from Niche Financial Solutions. Colin Sanders, CEO and Martin Gilsenan, sales director from Omni Capital Partners will present and take questions on bridging finance. Opportunities in the secured loan market will be presented by Maeve Ward, head of sales, secured lending from Shawbrook Bank.

Scanlon said: “We have had a tremendous 2012, following our rebranding and our focus on working with the intermediary market, there has been a lot of new interest in
what Niche can offer to introducers.

“This seminar will give us and two of our chosen lending partners the opportunity to provide more detailed information on exactly how we differ from competitors and the
unique facility we have to provide opportunities in funding for development projects or shorter term funding opportunities, as well as excellent alternatives to remortgaging.”
