Next Intelligence has expanded its agreement with Lighthouse Group.

All Lighthouse advisers will now have complete access to a new range of marketing and support services through Next Intelligence, the re-launched mortgage club from Mortgage Intelligence.

“This new agreement really plays to our strengths as we are extremely proud of the advice and support we offer broker members,” said Sally Laker, managing director, Mortgage Intelligence Holdings, which operates Next Intelligence.

“Next Intelligence is well suited for IFAs with tailored sales and mortgage product expertise through a dedicated broker helpdesk and free bespoke marketing tools to help mortgage advisers develop their brand, online presence, publicity, local profile, stationery and printed collateral.”

Next Intelligence will also offer Lighthouse advisers access to exclusive mortgage products and ‘Brokerzone’ – a members’ only website with bespoke marketing and PR collateral.

Lighthouse mortgage advisers will continue to receive regulatory, back office and business support from Lighthouse.

Laker added: “Our original agreement was launched in 2009, which was a great success. We’ve grown over recent years and launched a range of new products and services that are available exclusively through Next Intelligence.

“With more than 16 years of mortgage expertise behind us, we offer members a free, fast and award-winning service designed with brokers in mind.”
