AFI is also launching a new two-year fix at 85% LTV. It has a rate of 4.19% and a £995 fee. The deal is available to both homebuyers and remortgagers.

Both products offer remortgagers the Remortgage Solution, which offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.

The seven day exclusive also comes with the Homebuyer Solution for purchasers, which offers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion.
