New website for bridging lender

Bridging finance provider Whitehall Capital has unveiled a new look for its website.

The site introduces dedicated areas for borrowers, brokers and investors and can be accessed across multiple platforms and devices.

Whitehall says it has also invested heavily in the functionality of its servers, exponentially increasing the speed at which the site operates.

Meanwhile, a new investor portal allows investors in Whitehall Capital Management Limited, Whitehall’s specialist bridge financing fund, to view the portfolio of bridging loans they are invested in and to monitor the firm’s investment performance.

Anna Kolesnikova (pictured), Whitehall Capital analyst, said: “In developing the new site we have looked to deliver complete transparency and a significant improvement in operating speeds – this in keeping with the hard-won reputation we enjoy for our pragmatic approach, our market-leading turnaround times and the open and honest communication our team bring to the loan process. It delivers totally on both fronts.

“The site portrays a professional approach, encapsulates the spirit of our brand and will help to engender trust in us as a lender. It will enable us to build on the network of relationships we enjoy with borrowers, brokers and investors alike and constitutes an important investment in the future success of Whitehall Capital as we work to position the firm as the lender of choice.”
