Paul Beresford and George Stark have teamed up with CLS Ltd to launch CLS Title Ltd, which will offer a range of title insurance and legal indemnity products.
There is a full range of title insurance products available for all the UK jurisdictions and a number of specialist policies such as Sale & Rent Back title, Asset finance title, valuation insurance and lenders buildings contingency cover.
Title policies from CLS Title offer a number of protections, including those against fraud, forgery and unenforceable security, as well as missing documents, negligence and undiscovered defects.
