New team member and website for loan brokerage

London-based mortgage and protection adviser Loans Arena has launched a new-look brand and website, as well as expanding its team.

Loans Arena provides a brokerage service for a range of property buyers, from first-time buyers and those moving up the ladder, to high net-worth individuals and buy-to-let landlords. It also advises on bridging and commercial loans.

Loans Arena now has a new brand and website, which it says offers an enhanced client experience and additional services, such as an online chat function and rapid call-back request.

The latest addition to its team is Raphael Lesser, who joins the business as senior mortgage adviser to help it meet the increased demand for its brokerage services.

Lesser (pictured) has more than six years’ experience in the mortgage sector, holds a full CeMap qualification, and is fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Prior to joining Loans Arena, he spent four years at Habito and, prior to that, he was at a boutique mortgage company in Marylebone.

He said: “I’m delighted to be joining the business at such an exciting time. Having been in operation for almost a decade, Loans Arena already has a strong standing in the industry, and now also boasts an enhanced brand. The launch of the new website offers a much better reflection of our strengths and services and, more importantly, provides a quality online experience for our clients.

“The past year has by all accounts been an extremely busy, productive period for Loans Arena. Alongside our revamped digital presence, I look forward to offering my experience to clients to help them find the best possible mortgage or finance product, ensuring they can pursue their property purchasing goals.”
