New surveying firm launches in Cheltenham

Published on

A new firm – Evaluate Surveyors – has been founded by Paul Trott and Malcolm Webb in Cheltenham.

Both have in-house experience in major banks and lending institutions and also as suppliers of valuation services while working with major valuation firms in the UK.

Evaluate offers a full range of survey and valuation services using a network of consultants. Evaluate will carry out valuations for mortgage purposes, using physical inspection, external drive-by, automated valuations models or desktop methodologies. They will also complete Homebuyer style reports and building surveys.

Evaluate also offers the full range of valuation survey and panel management services to lenders. This includes the appointment and management of a panel of surveyors and an audit service.

Paul Trott (pictured, left), managing director of Evaluate Surveyors, said: “With more than 40 years’ experience in the residential surveying market and having worked for major banks and surveying firms, we believe that we are uniquely placed to offer advice and a first class surveying service. We will be using state of the art technology, and offering a wide range of survey types across the whole of the UK.

“This is an exciting time with an ever-expanding housing market and we see huge potential in launching an efficient and reliable surveying service, bringing back capacity to what has been a shrinking supply.”
