It is available exclusively through all Key Accounts.

The product, which has a maximum loan size of £550,000 and is available until close of business on Thursday 13 June 2013, comes with the added benefit of either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.

Miguel Sard, managing director of Abbey for Intermediaries, said: “We are very pleased to launch this market leading seven day spring special to support homebuyers and remortgagers with a higher LTV.
