New seven-day deals from AFI

Abbey for Intermediaries will launch two new Key Account exclusives tomorrow (22 July).

Again, they are only available for seven days.

The first deal is a two-year tracker with a rate of 2.29% (BBR + 1.79%) and a £995 fee, available up to 75% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers.

The other deal is a five-year fix with a rate of 4.99% and no fee, available up to 85% LTV to homebuyers and remortgagers.

Both products come with either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution respectively. The Homebuyer Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
