New resi range from Coventry Intermediaries

Coventry Intermediaries has launched a new residential range including fixed rate, Flexx for Term and base rate tracker options.

    New deals include:

  • 1.65% Bank Base Rate Tracker (Base Rate +1.15%) until 31.12.16, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee and early repayment charges (ERCs) payable to 31.12.16.
  • 1.89% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges (ERCs).
  • 1.99% Fixed Rate until 31.12.16, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee, Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) payable to 31.12.16.
  • 1.99% Offset Fixed Rate until 31.12.16, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee ERCs payable to 31.12.16.

Darin Landon, Coventry Intermediaries’ distribution director, said: “Our latest range has something for everyone. We have highly competitive mortgages including Bank Base Rate Trackers, Flexx for Term, Fixed rate and Offset options.

“With rates starting from just 1.65% and selected mortgages with no arrangement fees, our new range should be very popular. And as always, all residential products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
