New remortgage deals from Barclays

Barclays has introduced new remortgage products available for a limited period.

These rates will be available until 31 December, 2016 (or until stock lasts).

Existing Barclays mortgage customers will benefit further, with introductions and reductions across the Reward Range, including its 1.65% two-year fixed at 65% LTV and 2.45% five-year fixed at 80% LTV, available for rate switch and further advance only.

Barclays remortgage products offer a variety of benefits, including free valuations, free standard legal fees and £250 cashback.

Barclays is reducing the following:

Two-year buy-to-let ‘Great Escape’ (Remortgage only)     

  • 2.95% two-year fixed, 65% LTV, £0 fee, reduced by 4bps (min £35k – max £250k)

Reward Range (Rate Switch & Further Advance) 

  • 1.65% two-year fixed, 65% LTV, £0 fee, reduced by 13bps
  • 1.84% two-year fixed, 80% LTV, £0 fee, reduced by 4bps
  • 2.45% five-year fixed, 80% LTV, £0 fee, reduced by 3bps

Barclays is also introducing:

Two-year ‘Great Escape’ (Remortgage only)

  • 1.69% (BBBR+1.44%) two-year tracker, 50% LTV, £0 fee (min £50k – max £250k)
  • 1.65% two-year fixed, 50% LTV, £0 fee (min £50k – max £250k)
  • 1.84% two-year fixed, 75% LTV, £0 fee (min £50k – max £250k)

Five-year ‘Great Escape’ (Remortgage only)

  • 2.15% five-year fixed, 50% LTV, £0 fee (min £50k – max £250k)
  • 2.45% five-year fixed, 75% LTV, £0 fee (min £50k – max £250k)

Reward Range (Rate Switch and Further Advance)   

  • 2.15% five-year fixed, 65% LTV, £0 fee (min £5k – max £1.5m)
  • 1.69% (BBBR+1.44%) two-year tracker, 65% LTV, £0 fee (min £5k – max £1.5m)
